About PGAT

PGAT is a governance and decision-law analysis framework designed to assess the quality, structure, and evidential handling of planning decision processes.

PGAT is operated by Venture Governance Ltd (United Kingdom). References to “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to the operator of the PGAT platform.

Permitted use

  • Use the platform for lawful, proportionate, and responsible purposes.
  • Access and review analytical material for personal, professional, or organisational use.
  • Apply outputs as a decision-support aid, not as a substitute for professional judgment.

Restricted use

  • No misuse. You must not use PGAT to harass, target, or pressure individuals or public officers.
  • No automation or scraping. Systematic extraction of content is prohibited without written permission.
  • No misrepresentation. PGAT outputs must not be presented as legal advice or official determinations.
  • No interference. You must not attempt to disrupt, bypass, or compromise platform security.

Nature of outputs

PGAT produces structured analytical outputs based on document review, governance principles, and decision-law expectations. Outputs reflect methodological analysis, not factual findings or legal conclusions.

Responsibility for interpretation, reliance, and onward use of outputs remains with the user.

Professional responsibility

  • PGAT does not replace qualified legal, planning, or professional advice.
  • Users remain responsible for ensuring lawful conduct and proportionality.
  • Decisions to act or not act based on PGAT outputs are made entirely at the user’s discretion.

Accounts and access

Some areas of PGAT may require registration or restricted access. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials.

Access may be suspended or terminated where misuse, breach of these terms, or platform risk is identified.
